‘Wish it had been 4 weeks, but 3 weeks paid time off is I guess better than your standard 2 weeks.’
‘life insurance is on average’
‘health spending account makes flexibility ’
Absolute looks after their team and its very obvious on day 1. Great benefits!
Best: stock options Worst: 5 days of sick/personal leave a year, 3 weeks paid vacation (after 5 years, you get one additional day a year (so 4 weeks paid vacation after 10 years of service), $500 in extended health benefits/year
Pretty standard health benefit and pretty comparable to other companies. What I like the most are the fun events and perks. Absolute has a very awesome fun team organizing painting, paddle boarding, pottery, brush lettering, Valentine's card making, and many many. And of course, the Monday fruit, Thursday Sweets, Last Friday Beer, First Friday Pizza and Summer Retreat.
Company retreat every year is pretty awesome
health spending account can be spend towards flexible aspects
Decent benefits package comparable with other tech companies. They try to make it fun working there with activities and events that encourage staff to mingle.
regular IT company, medical coverage is better recently
Fruit, pastries, Pizza, bbqs, as well as a 4 day week -end retreat. Kids Christmas party at the top of Grouse Mountain and an Adult's Christmas party in a local eatery. Christmas gift basket.
Basic medical and dental.
Health insurance is awesome, and unpaid leave is another benefit if you have family emergency but don't want to leave the job yet.
