    Fruit, pastries, Pizza, bbqs, as well as a 4 day week -end retreat. Kids Christmas party at the top of Grouse Mountain and an Adult's Christmas party in a local eatery. Christmas gift basket.

    If you only have 2 weeks vacation and 2 sick days, you will lose people nor attract great people. You need min 3 weeks in this industry and min 10 days sick paid days.

    Good benefits including $500 annually for RMT, acupuncture, naturopath, etc (per service), annual company retreat with extra days off work and subsidized lodging, pizza lunch provided once a month, weekly treats, free beverages, beer Fridays.
