PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the Internet Sales Consultant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. Internet Sales Consultant will develops, implements, and administers the electronic commerce processes for the Park Place Dealership group, responding to all internet leads and communications, both through referral services and the Park Place Dealerships website
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services
Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients
Meets and greets prospects on appointment basis only (no "Ups")
Presents and demonstrates inventory
Receives on-line and manual Credit Applications
Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications
Understands and implements the Park Place Sales Process
Takes digital photos for posting on Park Place website
Maintains Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
Attend weekly department meetings
