Deep understanding of Finance business processes and employee/customer use experiences Understand emerging industry and technology trends and leveraging this knowledge to guide the application of technology solutions to improve and transform finance processes Envision the future state and driving the long term strategy and solution roadmaps that address needs and align with our company technology strategy Drive shared vision across the company on prioritization, business case assessment, requirements/user stories, and standardized processes. Evaluate and select technology solutions Leverage hypothesis driven experimentation to test effectively to ensure the best outcomes and solutions. Develop and deliver ongoing success metrics including effective auditing/monitoring capabilities. End-to-end delivery of company-wide capabilities through team work with technology and the finance teams Lead and develop team members to become a high performing organization

Qualifications
 Strong product knowledge and experience (10+ years) in finance solutions particularly in the areas of Order mgmt, billing, cash management, and supply chain. Demonstrated success in delivering great user experiences for employees and customers Excellent partnering, collaboration, and communication skills with senior business and functional leaders to lead change though business process and technology through joint solutioning. Strategic thinker with outstanding execution skills to drive projects that make the product vision a reality both in the short and long run. Proven ability to identify technology options and drive the decision-making process to agree on a solution that balances compliance standards, employee experience, business objectives, and technical requirements. Outstanding ability to lead cross-functional business and technology teams to successful outcomes, preferably through agile methodology High energy, self-starter with ability to plan, organize, influence and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.
