Salary & Compensation
I'm currently a Research Associate at a higher ed institution earning $50k. My manager is pressuring me to take a position that she is creating where I would be an R.A. AND a Project Manager all in one (lucky me) the new salary= $60k. This to me sounds like 2 jobs for the price of barely 1. Not taking the job will hinder me from advancing anywhere within the institution (as I've seen it happen to others). Unfortunately, I am not in a position where I can leave this job. ANY advice appreciated.
