I worked at ZAP full-time

Pros – A few of the people at ZAP WERE wonderfully talented and well intentioned.

Cons – The company was run by crooks who only cared about day trading their stock. Therefore, the company didn't follow any traditional business rules regarding product quality, customer service, etc. It was a nightmare!

Advice to Senior Management – Close the company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Good pay, clear direction, respected

Cons – bad politics but all good for the active ones

Pros – Well, it's certainly better than working at McDonald's, that's for sure.
Expect to get paid pretty decently if you're in sales/marketing.

Cons – Management isn't consistent.
Company focuses more on public relations and keeping stock prices up, vs. providing a quality product.
Management is very inefficient.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on company development rather than stuffing your pocketbooks.
Pay your employees what they're actually worth, rather than taking advantage of them.

Pros – Everyone at ZAP leaves work exactly at 5:00

Cons – Poor management, poor products, poor compensation

Advice to Senior Management – Build a better product and compensate employees for their hard work.
