Pros – Work/Life Balance was the best I've ever had.
Worked with some great people.
Projects were fairly scoped and easy to complete on time
Cons – Moral is very low
High rate of attrition and cannot find people willing to come on board
Outsourcing jobs to Cognizant
Clients are looking for ways to end contracts
Advice to Senior Management – It may be better to let employees go rather than outsource them to another company

Pros – -People aren't staring over your shoulder
-Work at your own pace
-Always work to be done
Cons – -Unorganized ( this says it all )
Advice to Senior Management – They are working on it, but very, very slowly.

Pros – compensation is ok, supports flexible work hours and give option to work remotely
Cons – Benefits are not so great, high medical insurance premium, high co-pay. No work related training opportunities. Very little career growth opportunities, it seems management prefers to hire from outside rather than promote from within.

Pros – International style, with professional way to drive their employees in one goal
Cons – Field engineer has to drive car for more than 10 hrs a day and most of engineer suffer from back pain. Also career development is unclear so you can stay for years in the same job nature Wz different titles

Pros – Relaxed atmosphere, busy days make the time fly, After a few months you can handle anything that is called in for repair.
Cons – Lots of clutter. No advancement possible. Almost never hiring, a family member usually steps in.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to get more organized. Work harder to keep the customers happy.
