    Pros

    1. Exposure to latest technologies
    2. Flexible timing
    3. Supporting colleagues
    4. Located in heart of the city

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ensure job security and win good long term accounts. Work towards building existing Accounts.

Sale teams inability has become an open secret and turning out to be fatal to company's growth.

Hopefully this is being addressed, else it will affect the nervous system of the organisation.

Former Employee - IT in London, England (UK)

I worked at Xchanging full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Generous training opportunities and courses with a good work life balance. Good office location (London only) alongside the easing of the dress code recently introduced, Friday's are dress-down days.

    Cons

In my 3 years at this company I found that there was little (if any) emphasis on working together and teamwork, the culture is very much negative criticism, finger pointing and generally very little support from management. Overall moral by employees 'on the ground' was very low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Address the low pay-scales and ensure that long-term strategies are established and well understood, whether in procurement, outsourcing or system development.

    Pros

Amazing people, diverse business, some great ideas.

    Cons

Weak leadership, silo mentality, too many points of focus. Business behaves like an organisation much bigger than it is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be clear what you want to be as a business, then stick to it. Don't try to be all things to all people. Listen to your employees.

    High risk company in india

Former Employee - Manager in Bangalore (India)

I worked at Xchanging full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Xchanging UK got good brand value.
    Decent salary structure

    Cons

Highly unsafe for india. Cambridge acquisition It division showing very less revenue , no new projects
all 10 or 15 years projects running in support mode gives some revenue
if you are lower grwde and middle management , then you are at high risk. You may ger sacked any time.
All new projects runs for very short span. Recently heard 2 or 3 major accounts are getting closed. So many of them might come to bench.
    No big projects in pipeline.
They try to invest in analytics , IOT But they invest in high profile canditates but no investment on tools, technology, processes for the same.
for advertising they have cmmi level 5 , iso in all aspects processes are pathetic. This will become extra burden for project management rather than helping.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Apply span of control to senior management first as I could see one of the account has equal no. Of senior management to equal no. Of team members result nothing. Core work people 7 senior management are 10 people.

Appoint a sales team to bring the leads.

Make solutioning team much more stronger creating lot more POC.every time when you go for client visit try to present new stream of poc to tap significant business opportunities

There are tools scattered around, not properly utilized. No proper tool obtained and validated for Roi

Getting lot more certifications also will help only if above are satisfied.

Otherwise ROI ON sales, solutioning and certifications will be 0.

Even I noticed many od the good people moved out or pushed out because of internal personal vengeance which is not noticed by management

I have been working at Xchanging full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Fast growing company
-Able to learn a lot about procurement and eSourcing
    -Very flexible scheduling
-Very open and trustworthy work environment

    Cons

The pay was not fantastic and responsibilities were not well laid out. The company is growing quickly and does not have a firm foothold on job responsibilities. I expect that, with time, the company will get more organized into a firm corporate structure that they are currently lacking in.
