Former Employee – worked at Workbrain
Pros – Coworkers are smart and highly talented. They are willing to share information and always willing to help. It's an exciting environment to work in.
Cons – Management transfers responsibilities to direct reports. Training opportunities are limited. Growth opportunities are limited. The work environment is highly competitive and people work around the clock.
Advice to Senior Management – Leaders require people management skill and should focus on motivating their direct reports. Leaders should be held more accountable for their teams overall performance.
