    Pros

    Simple tasks that don't require too much brain power
    Co workers are friendly and so are the managers
    After you learn how to do everything it becomes pretty simple
    Discount on food

    Cons

    Lots of adults work there, I was hoping to work with people around my age (19)
    Fast-paced
    Very busy depending on location
    Billions of different tasks that you are supposed to learn in a short period of time

    Advice to Management

    I don't really have any advice, it all just comes down to whether or not the employee can handle working there
    I think more training for new employees should be required because there's so many tasks that you're expected to learn really quickly

    Discount, nice management, schedule flexibility, promotion opportunities, lots of hours available if I wanted extra work

    Lots of extra cleaning, some rude customers, always asked to stay late

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling, 50% employee discount, challenging work when it's busy.

    Cons

    Office politics, preferential treatment to certain race (half of the store is from the same country, they're immune to disciplinary action, get the best shifts, and sometimes you feel left out when they constantly talking to each other in their native language).

    When sales are down, management will send people home early on daily basis. They will also reduce the quality of the product to minimize food cost such as mixing more water in the cheese and poutine sauce, changing the oil weekly however dark the oil is. To achieve the service time goal, customers are often rushed and given old products (old fries/potatoes).

    When you requesting a time off for vacation or other purposes, there is no guarantee to get your hours back.

    Advice to Management

    Remember the equal opportunity in mind when hiring and stop the favoritism.

    specific roles for individuals.
    rotating job type every 2 - 3 hours
    well staffed and enough hours for everyone instead of many staff with little hours

    keep standing throughout
    lots of things to remember on the menu

    create a menu taking simulator so trainees can practice.

    Running out of items on the menu or stock and having to turn down customers, which happened quite often. Such as ice for drinks or sandwich toppings.
