    Pros

    They really show how much they appreciate you with quarterly and annual incentives. Also managers acknowledge you by providing monetary rewards for a job well done. They invest in their employees and the benefits are great.

    Cons

    There is way too much change within the structure of the organization. Change is a good thing too much change all the time can leave employees weary.

    Ability to work from home

    Cons

    IT systems so antiquated half the time the programs don't work and they take millions of dollars from customers for programs that have no value. Account Executives and upper mgt cover it up and support NOT giving customers refunds because that impacts their bonus.

    Be honest - listen to the little people instead of just Account Execs.

    Salary level is good. A LOT of work to do. Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies and skills.

    Cons

    A LOT of work to do. Jobs are not secure. WellPoint is famous for having rounds of layoffs. It is difficult to think out of the box there. They talk a lot about work/life balance, but it is mostly just talk.
