    Pros

Benefits, Work life balance, Change to grow

    Cons

Everything is controlled by Head Office in Ontario and Head Office does not understand the struggles we face in Western Canada.
Justify low wages, with respect for the associates. Hourly associates need respect, but a wage they can feed their families.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Work with great people. Room to move up to department manager.

    Cons

Company has lost what made it a great place to work for. Staff have no moral and management doesn't seem to care. There are great systems to reduce the amount of out of stocks, but not enough people on the floor to work the systems. Very top heavy company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you had people in your stores to get merchandise to the side counters than maybe people would actually be able to buy what they wanted thus pushing sales up.
