Pros – The employer feel they can find and replace the employee easily from market, when the production ramping up, they will try to hire the employee aggressively, even provide good incentive to attract the people to join, like sign on bonus, and then just provide the basic product training to start the work; but they will lay them off without hesitate when the business slow down

Cons – bad reputation in the market will make the company to get the people more difficult and difficult, and make talent employee in the company looking for stable opportunity
