Pros – Flexible, and encouraging people to be empowered to make decisions and be accountable

Cons – Old technology in the work place, unstable computer environment, lots of down time waiting for software programs to actually work.

Advice to Senior Management – infrastructure upgrades would be a huge benefit to everyone

Pros – If I had to say one positive thing, it would be that Urologix is a good place to gain industry experience in medical device manufacturing.

Cons – Urologix is not a nice place to work. They do not support family / work balance and clearly do not value their employees.

Advice to Senior Management – They do not care to change so it's pointless.
