ProsPositive, creative, young environment with people who are mostly happy to be there.
Fun to be on campus with students around you
My coworkers treated me well

ConsSome of the downsides are the campus is old and some area's need renovation. The offices are also pretty old looking and needs sprucing up to make them more modern and pleasant
