Telecommuting makes up for the negatives!

Program Manager (Current Employee) Cypress, CA (US)

ProsSeveral telecommuting opportunities and plenty of training availability.. Fast paced environment along with smart, hard working staff make the day go by quicker.

ConsCompany is very cost conscious these so layoffs are a concern as well as lousy raises/bonuses. Due to size the culture is somewhat impersonal.. Some recent high visibility projects have been poorly implemented resulting in an unfavorable reception from provider community

    Sales

Sales Operations Specialist (Current Employee) Houston, TX (US)

ProsThe company values other opinions. Recently the sales operations has moved to a virtual ops model, in which it has opened opportunities for SOSs

ConsThe health insurance is horrible. Our customers receive better benefit packages than we do as employees. No telecommute for this position. Recently the SOSs were receiving commission, all of that has seized.
