I have been working at Unilever full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If you are a self-centered, maniac this company is good for you. If you have working no competencies and only live on propaganda and suck up, this is the best place to work for you.

    Cons

    - New managers are a bunch of incompetence opportunists, who do not hesitate to lie or libel others to justify their incompetency.
    - You can smell humiliation in the air here.
    - I will leave this hell as soon as I find another job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Stop lying about innovation and new ideas. Do not use is a trap to find smart people and drag them down.
You want to make a better life for a billion people? please learn how to take care of your own people.
    - People have no value to you and I can see it in your eyes every single day. So, please stop lying about that and tell people what you really think and say in your private conversation.
