    Pros

Nothing is good about this company. They took all the good things away, like christmas parties, staff discounts on products, everything. They always lie and say they dont make money every year, let alone every year they purchase another product from another company to add to their profile.

    Cons

Leadership is terrible. They have this mentallity of reaping all the money in the world, and they cant seem to comprehend that it will never happen.
Little space for career advancement. Once your in a position, they basically try and hold you there so they can hire people from outside of the company for less money, then what they would be giving you if you were to get the new/higher position.

    Advice to Management

To the CEO's -- Learn to actual be real true sportsmanship leaders. Not the fake ones you guys preceive in your heads.
To the Managers -- Dont get jealous of your employees when they actually are better at the work that you do.

    Pros

The office culture at Unilever is amazing. The people there are very genuine, friendly, and helpful. There are always events celebrating personal and professional achievements.

    Cons

The workload can be light if you're looking for a challenging and dynamic workplace. The business units tend to work in silos and there are some redundancies that really shouldn't exist.

    Advice to Management

Integrate the siloed business units so best practices can be shared more. Look into updating software so that people using them aren't spending more time waiting for their inputs to load than actually inputting information.
