Current Employee – been working at Uloop.com full-time for more than a year
Pros – Being a small company, the payment is less than you'd find at a big organization, but the flexible hours, opportunity to take ownership of projects, and awesome environment in downtown Chicago make up for it.
Cons – Lower pay than a big company might offer, but it's not terrible.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Uloop.com
Pros – competitive compensation packages but at the end of the day you just don't feel like you've done anything that matters.
Cons – management seems unorganized at times. Lack of vision for the company's future. Unclear performance metrics to meet compensation structure. so
Advice to Senior Management – Reconsider the direction of the company to better target your college segment. Develop a cohesive vision for the company. Communicate that vision to employees.
