    Not a wide variety of work so after a few years you get bored
    Huge chance of being made redundant as moving departments to Bangalore to save money

    -Brand that needs no introduction at all
    -opportunity to influence the commerce platform upgrade and e-business strategy

    Cons

    -I worked at the headoffice in London and the lack of communication between departments was frustrating.
    -A lot of investment into IT, eCommerce and Marketing could be saved if there was more unity and team work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Open your eyes and review your IT team and its infrastructure you could save on your bills by hiring professionals and not outsourcing to someone who knows nothing.

    Wonderful people who show a passion. Dynamic organization that promotes from within where it makes sense. Great external development plan.

    Cons

    Checks and balances were weak. Subsidiaries not aligned to parent strategy. Salaries were below market averages.

    The people that work there are amazing! Everyone works as a team and tries to make it work.

    Cons

    The business does not always make the best decisions. The programs they use are horrible. Business structure is a bit odd.

    Joined at a time when the company is going through a major transformation. I am helping them to undergo and come to terms with that change.

    Cons

    The office envirionment in Peterborough is a series of old warehouses. Fine inside but they don't look good from the outside

    Great initial training, both for sales as well as for destinations. Pleasant working environment, average salaries, not based on experience

    - No pressure, stress-free environment
    - Location (Covent Garden)
    - Work life balance - 9am to 17.30 pm, most people do not work any extra hours
    - Very achievable personal targets

    Cons

    - Little understanding of the industry, especially of the online
    - Top down decision making only
    - Slow, process driven, too many layers
    - Politics and speed (lack of it), tends to be really impacting all part of the business
