    Disappointed

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsI had an oportuniy to acquire new competencies

ConsI attended a post graduate degree and an intersnship organized by Telecom Italia. They promised us that we would have been hired very likely. At the end of the formation period only 20% of us was hired. People to hire were not selected by merit, but on unclear internal company decision.
