I worked at Talk Fusion full-time for less than a year

Pros – Good rapport with independent contractors

Cons – Worse management, horrible micromanagement, long grueling extra hours for same pay, expected to work nonestop, including weekends and holidays and no appreciation whatsoever. Overworked and constantly told not doing enough. Company growing - means more work load, more support emails to handle but so called management, including so called owner/CEO refuses to acknowledge and hire more help to balance work load. So called owner needs to pull his head off his backend, realize dogs are dogs and humans are humans. Dogs are treated more respectfully, well catered for and spent millions of dollars on, while hardworking employees that bring in the millions are treated like animals and made to attend dog functions with so called CEO or get fired.

Advice to Senior Management – Pull your heads off your backends! Hire professionals management for CEO and entire management. Let them focus on the betterment of the company and employee retension, so you can focus on your worshipping and serving dogs.

Cons – Management was rude and disrespectful of employees. Demanding of long hours with low pay.
