    They are really good at giving you the time off that you need. They are good about working around your schedule as well.

    Cons

    You have to deal with rude customers but that's part of life.

    Brewster: try to keep all your employees tame. Many think of themselves as bosses even the young ones! The system isn't very strict way to easy.

    The company excels in training employees and investing in their growth. There is also a lot of room for promotions.

    The company expects a lot from the employees which often requires working long hours under high pressure circumstances.

    The employee discount was nice, provided me with lots of customer service experience.

    Cons

    There's really no real room to move up the ladder unless you're willing to spend years and years working there. One of my coworkers had been working the same position for over 8 years.

    This company provides continuing education for it's employees. They are also consistent in each store with company rules and regulations, the manager does not make the rules as they go.

    Cons

    The challenge is understaffed and some DSM's need to be more hands on in the stores.

    Upper management needs to be more supportive.
