    I worked at T-Mobile

    Pros

Company really cares about it's employees. I was a part-time employee but received full insurance benefits plus 401k. They also worked around my college schedule. Bonuses were great too! Highly recommended for college students or single parents attending school.

    Cons

Having to deal with irate customers was a hard thing for me to handle. However, management was incredibly understanding and would step in to resolve customer issues which was incredibly helpful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management was great. I don't think there is much I can add in the ways of improvement.
