I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great room for advancement. I've been here less than a year and I'm already in leadership training. You get tons of paid time off and you have a lot of flexibility in when you can use it.

    Cons

They don't spend as much money on infrastructure as perhaps they should, leading to slow hardware which leads to taking a long time for things like selling a single phone.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Benefits, Leadership, A company that keeps it's Customers, Employees, and Owners in mind. Great benefits and excellent Time Off.

    Cons

Ever Changing Business. Need to be flexible so it's not a job for everyone. Can be lots of turn over if someone thinks, 'I'm good at customer service' when it's not just customer service it's over the phone customer service.

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

When I worked there we had Good benefits, environment, salary

    Cons

with new management structure employees are much less important than the bottom line. Closed US call centers to open new ones over seas, with no regards to the employees that helped dominate the JD Powers award for years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on the longterm benefits of keeping good employees than the short term cost savings of opening up new centers in cheaper environments
