Good Job

Shift Supervisor (Former Employee)
Westville, NJ (US)

I worked at Sunoco full-time for more than 10 years

ProsPeople very knowledgable and helpful. Pay was as good as any company around and excellent benefits.

ConsCouldnt always get a day off when needed. Upper management doesn't care at all about the regular working person. Staffing is way to short.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry listening and caring for your employees. There is more to making a great place to work than just making money. We are all human so treat us that way.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great starting point

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Sunoco full-time for more than a year

ProsGreat way to start learning about jobs and being responsible. Being on time, doing your part and trusting your co-workers is exactly what I learned here

ConsPromotions are not often and mostly who is the favorite among the workers. Sometimes favoritism can really put a damper on your continued positivity and overall dedication to the work place.
