Pros – the hours are regular depending on if your in a traditional branch or an in store branch.
Cons – micro management and saturdays at the end store are all day long instead of just 4 hours

Pros – Strong process-oriented company. They strive hard to run through projects correctly with good visibility.
Cons – A little too project oriented. Not many things get done unless there are project dollars associated with it.

Benefits are above average for the industry
Cons – No career path planning - could be stuck in the same position for many years
Annual pay raises are capped at 2% company wide, unless you get a promotion.
Too many cliques with everyone looking out for only their own. Promotions don't seem merit based, but rather on who you know.

Pros – Good people and decent benefits
Cons – Senior mgmt are basically big children, poor HR communication, technically challenged and refuse to update and upgrade, far too much politics
Advice to Senior Management – Find a single strategy and keep with it. Stop with the political games and infighting.

Pros – Friendly work environment. You will have a good work life balance if you manage your time effectively.
Cons – If the region you are working in has poor upper management then your success and "happiness" will suffer. Fortunately if you do well it is easy to transfer out.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not change policy's so frequently; it makes the firm seem indecisive.
