-Easy to balance work/personal life.
-Great food.
-Easy, simple work.

Cons – -More likely to work with management with low-level ability. Unqualified, micromanaging.
-Implementation of new products and unnecessary prep methods in-store that don't meet real needs or overly complicate things.

Pros – Subway is a great place to work, the hours are flexible, which allows you to still have a life. I also like that I get 50% off and get a freed sub while working. It's a great place.

Cons – What I hate about working at subway is that I always smell like subs after I finish working, the smell sticks to your clothes and its hard to get rid of.

Pros – it is a very easy job, no experience necessary, not hard to learn. Easy to work at other stores around the world as they are generally the same.

Cons – Some managers are too hardcore and need to be nicer to staff. Minimum wage, or less if you are a student

Pros – it was great for me coz i like to work in hospitality,and it was very nice owner and couleagues with there support i learned a lot for my future..

Cons – some people who just sit and talk at the head office,dont even know its how difficult for us to stand in front of d customers and run a store..

Advice to Senior Management – I can just say one thing that if management is looking at the mistakes and ask for the reasons they should also appreciate the good work done by the staff and motivate them..
