Pros – Good training for someone new to the business, not as much upside growth potential.

Cons – The business model is based on growing the quantity of agents as apposed to building very high producing representatives.

Pros – Great support staff and management, encouraged to work in teams, friendly work place that i would reccomend to close friends

Cons – the downsides to working at sfp are the office space, watermill center does need some minor renovations including the parking lot which is currently underway

Advice to Senior Management – Keep in mind that it takes time to build a book of business. The management could do a better job at understanding the direct needs of its advisors not the indirect.

Pros – Good training, Good environment, and Fairly autonomous. Great support and resources available from home office. Nice use of life planning resources and outsourcing of support services.

Cons – Management lacked experience leading rookies and preparing for economic downturn.

Advice to Senior Management – Great foundation and experience will come with time. Keep after it.
