Waltham, MA (US)

Current Employee – been working at Strategic Financial Partners

ProsGreat support staff and management, encouraged to work in teams, friendly work place that i would reccomend to close friends

Consthe downsides to working at sfp are the office space, watermill center does need some minor renovations including the parking lot which is currently underway

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep in mind that it takes time to build a book of business. The management could do a better job at understanding the direct needs of its advisors not the indirect.
