    Pros

    Clear focus on Asia Africa and middle east markets
    Over all product offering and capability is just as good if not better than most top tier banks
    Often compared to HSBC, much smaller bank, but better global capabilities
    Good risk management

    Cons

    Limited presence in the US
    The bank's strategy can get in the way of good business, ie the bank may turn away business that does not have an large international component
    Internal politics can be very active
    Bank has a lower profile in the US

    My manager was more than willing to share his experience in the industry, not only technical knowledge, but also experience in how to get around. Very solid advice for future career opportunities and eye-opening experience all around.
