Former Employee – worked at Sol Food Restaurant as a contractor
Pros – There is no redeeming quality.
Cons – Owners have created a micromanaged hostile work environment - Employees are disrespected, demean and yelled at. No measure of effort is ever appreciated and NO ONE can ever do a good job. A complete dysfunctional environment.
