Good company with a strong corporate culture

    Engineer (Former Employee)

ProsGood company in general, good team, i.e. if you are in a technical department, opportunities to go on conferences, but not always.

ConsPromotions happen quite low, salaries are competitive, but not very high.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore team-building events would unite a collective much better.

From great to bad to good

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsModern, and top of the line technology, good pay and benefits

ConsAt the time, too many changes were happening, including gross downsizing, causing morale to be very low. At the same time changes in management happened, which is the majority of the reason for my title of great to bad to good. It had been transformed from a Canadian company owned by Germans to a German company owned by Nazis, and now a German company owned by the entire world; as they have streamlined every aspect of business to one global standard. Good for the shareholders, not so much for the employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore communication with your key employees. Employees are what makes a company great.
