Pros – Shoppers durg mart has well managed work friendly environment. One will enjoy working here and interacting with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Cons – Very low pay to staff working in store other than manager

Cons – Associate owners can make or break the experience, Associate owners can run the store like drill sgt. and cross the line on how to treat people with no check and balance for them to be held accountable. Some aweful people who should not be in their position.

Advice to Senior Management – be more careful selecting the associates and give them the proper hr training.

Low morale in team building. General negativity all over
Inappropriate commission structure. Base is very low, targets are high.

Advice to Senior Management – Make better efforts in happy employees. Make budget cuts appropriately.

Pros – love dealing with the customers, some good staff

Cons – very poor pay, way too much responsibility for rate of pay, very greedy company, not enough staff to keep store easy to shop, corporate office seems to care more about $$$ than customers, exta mile program is a joke as this was never done at my location on regular basis, most staff does not even know that it exists. nominees still on board from over a year ago. no recognition for anything good or bad, not appreciated, always want something else from you. (more work, extra duties)

Cons – No communications between manager and employees whatsoever. They expect you to be perfect and to meet all the requirements but they never do.
Never meet their promises
you supposed to get a raised after probation... (after a year never got it)
