I have been working at Sasaki Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

initial experience was greatly positive, there are many obvious perks that are offered (yoga classes, in house art exhibits,) also many young talented designers who work here

    Cons

the firm is a long standing establishment with over 200 employees, change and flexible structure is not something that happens quickly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

suggestions would include less structured presentations/meetings and more simplified conversations addressing the firm's vision/ design/ goals

    Pros

Lack of hierarchy allows for best ideas to shine through.
Good potential for growth and success because of support of an entrepenurial spirit

I worked at Sasaki Associates full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The corporate structure provides some level of organization, which many design firms lack. Access to interesting project work, if you get on the right teams and in with the right Principals.

    Cons

I expected a more collaborative environment coming to a multidisciplinary firm, but the departments feel surprisingly separate, and even antagonistic at times.
