Pros – Great clients, big growth opportunity for motivated people, friendly and creative environment, talented staff, education and training benefits, strong vision for company, strong creative and services department
Cons – Structure and policies aren't consistent across departments and offices, salary can be competitive but often starts lower than average, management has big vision but roadmap and steps aren't always clear to larger group, other growing pains of working in a quickly expanding company

Pros – Leadership is extremely strong; very forward thinking; respectful; honest; great products; smart and nice coworkers. The Interact conference was stellar and it served as a great reminder of why I work for Responsys.
Cons – The San Bruno office can be difficult to commute to when there is a Giants game or bad traffic.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to keep the employees in the loop on our successes and challenges.

Thoughtful and strategic management
Great career growth and income opportunity
Cons – Communication: the company and the product capabilities and functions is growing so quickly that often I feel like I am not current

Pros – Amazing culture, amazing software. Couldn't ask to work for smarter, more supportive and engaged management.
Cons – Sometimes you have to work long and hard hours, but hey, it's sales!

Cons – Nothing worth noting, it would otherwise be knit picking.

Pros – - Felt like a valued employee from day one
- Great training/on-boarding
- Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. From the beginning people have offered to answer questions/assist in other ways and they genuinely meant it!
Cons – - Lot of material to cover in the beginning
- Management lines and company structure can be a little blurry
Advice to Senior Management – It would be helpful to provide new hires with a brief history/overview of the company and an outline of the current management structure

Cons – Communication gap between managers and engineers. Collaborative work & support is missing between sr. managers.
Advice to Senior Management – Build morale and confidence in the team.
