    Pros

Improving the quality of lives for our customers on a day to day basis is very rewarding. The career growth is real, I've started at entry level and my career path has been amazing. I'm now training to be a District Manager!

    Cons

You get paid to perform, so if your looking for a 9-5, this place is not for you. We deal with real people everyday and real problems. The work week for management is 50-55hours. Saturday is mandatory.

    Advice to Management

The training programs are improving dramatically. Keep that a focus and if possible shorten Saturdays. (9-2pm)

    Pros

Weekly pay, good benefits, 2 days off per week. Good training program.

    Cons

As management you may be required to work 6 days week. It's all about this standard and that standard in an environment that depends on other humans behaviors such as paying a bill on time. Lots of stress related to this industry.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time with developing the in store management.

    Pros

It is a good company to learn hands on retail, inventory, collections, marketing, and customer service.

    Cons

A lot of hours, no life and balance, and upper management expectations are sometimes not realistic.

    Advice to Management

Depending of the locations some stores make better than others, however if you are in a rural place don't hold them accountable like if you were in the city.

    Pros

Excellent place to rise up fast as they are constantly pushing employees. Get paid for hours put in with no hickups.

    Cons

Standard of pay has dropped as minumum wage has almost cought up to the starting pay rate at entry level positions. Poor monitering of upper managements behaviour to field employees. Company looses sight of the whole concept of why this buisness was first invented and instead going after the BIG $$$$$. Emphersize BIG .......

    Advice to Management

Get back to basics like the realy 2000's

    Pros

Competitive pay, benefits, get out what you put in, opportunity to help others and get paid more than a living wage.

    Cons

Have to suffer grief from lazy worthless wastes of payroll whosent personal misery makes them miserable to work with.

    Advice to Management

We have unlimited potential, but we need a unified and consistent mission. Stop piecemeal, fire fighting management style and let your strong performers perform.

    Pros

Regional Managers are very knowledgeable and friendly, pay structure in comparison to the market is close to meeting the expectation for the job requirements.

    Cons

Limited advancement opportunities, not all employees are not held to the same standards as their peers in the same job placement. This company does not live by their mission statement especially pertaining to their customers.

    Advice to Management

Re read the mission statement and clarify the meaning, its vague and too open for misinterpretation, the statement can be interpreted differently. Should state that we act with a servants heart as long as the customers pay on time all the time.
