    I worked at PwC

    Pros

Constant learning and growth, both from successful and unsuccessful experience.

    Cons

Coach and direct supervisors are not always in their best interest to help you grow, even when you work hard and help them. They could be manipulative and dodgy. Observe, learn and move on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Will they even listen and learn? I doubt it
