    Pros

    Benefits are ok. Company is finally making money. Leadership is strong in some departments (not many.) Work environment is ok

    Cons

    CEO says he cares about people but his actions don't show it. Impossible to get people hired. Contractors (3 month to hire) have been there over a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dump the CEO for someone with integrity. No one will trust a liar. Hire folks that need to be hired. Just because you want to sell a company doesn't mean you should hurt the people that got it to a place where it could be sold.

    Pros

    Good Benefits, Flexibility, "Some" Good people to work with.

    Cons

    Salaries are inadequate for the office staff. No compensation for getting a job done.
    There isn't enought time set aside for training when changes occur. Changing policies is difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The district managers need to take time getting to know office staff within each location to understand that the worth of these employees and match that with a salary. Those employees are overlooked and dismissed as not important to the higher management but if it where not for them you would not have higher management as it could not exist.

    Pros

    Majority of the people are great, especially in middle management. Benefits are competitive and your work schedule is flexible as management is too busy to keep track of what people are doing or where they are.

    Cons

    The culture of the corporate office is very intimidating. The politics in upper management dictates every decision made. People are so afraid to lose their jobs they will blame as many other people as possible to save themselves in the process if something goes wrong. There is no accountability for the fact that "fictitious" processes changed from person to person depending on who you asked. There were also many upper leadership managers that you knew to avoid as if they did not like you they would find a way to get you fired. It created an atmosphere of fear and anxiety to wonder who you could trust. The turnover rate is atrocious and does not seem to be an issue for the leaders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get to know your employees backgrounds and value everyone for what they can bring to the table and not just what their title is. Listen to all sides of the story before just being afraid to make certain people mad. Train your employees and let them know what you expect of them before throwing to the wolves and expecting them to succeed, Train and work with your managers on how to communicated things to their employees without being condescending and treating them if it is the first time they have ever entered the workforce, value and use their background. Work on getting your departments/field and corporate to work together instead of intimate each other.

    Pros

    Tons of potential, started out great with leaders that had vision and a can do attitude. Benefits were marginal yet not the worst in town, flexible schedule. Peers are great people.

    Cons

    Compensation model gets a big thumb down. Serious lack of upward mobility. Leadership/management started out like a dream come true only to end up being a nightmare. If you are a techie, you should avoid this company unless you can verify common sense has been deployed to entire IT department. If your cup of tea is Accounting, HR, BA, Admin Assistants or supply chain... please be prepared for long hours and interesting office politics.

    Go back to the drawing board in every way.

    Terrible company. Not trustworthy at all. It appears Fidelity wants to sell it so they are cutting to the bone.

    Pros

    Good pay, decent benefits. Company values sound nice but they don't believe in them.

    Cons

    Benfits are average. The upper leadership (C- Level) spew out lies during their town hall meetings. Things like don't listen to the rumors about being sold, 3 month contractors have been told many times they would be hired and never were.

    Treat everyone as adults. Stop the lies.
