Pros – Very flexible to outside schedules and truly care about a work/life balance.

Cons – It's difficult to implement bigger changes due to an attitude of if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Pros – Positive workplace environment and a great commitment toward the employees.

Cons – Low pay. Salary is not competitive with today's average annual income of equivalent positions. Other companies pay better.

Advice to Senior Management – Could compensate better.

I have been working at Primera Engineers

Pros – Primera has a very diverse, talented staff and is very supportive and accommodating as long as you satisfy the requirements of your position.

Cons – It seems as though the workload is typically either really busy or really slow, but I think that's typical for most construction-related companies over the last few years.

Advice to Senior Management – Management is pretty good about communicating strategy and progress, but I think most employees would appreciate more communication regarding where future work is coming from.
