PNC Bank is a great place to work that is well managed and run. Downside is poor front-line management.

    Pros

It is a very innovative and team oriented environment that can allow for opportunities to take on several different roles.

    Cons

Very poor front line management and others brought in from mergers/acquisitions. If you can avoid them, your only concern will be the low pay. But that is endemic to any non sales position in Banking.

    Advice to Management

PLEASE remove managers who clearly are sub-par in performance. THEY are the reason for poor employee engagement scores.
