    Pros

Meeting new people everyday. Work life balance is okay.

    Cons

Management does not follow through on their word. I was promised a promotion into management and I am still currently waiting on a development plan to be established for me. If you are looking to grow within a company do not think you will be able to do it quickly. This has been a very sad and pathetic process.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Establish some follow-through on your processes. And implement a good management in training program.
