    Pros

I was part of the opening team - incredible training techniques, group bonding and working standards.
Tasty food, with quality ingredients, everything is handmade.
Incredible team, and managers that were true mentors.

    Cons

Location is key for a chain restaurant to keep steady business (and we didn't have a good one)
A chain means that some standardization seems in genuine.
No benefits or employee perks for hours of long work.
    Cooks have rough working conditions

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees a bit better - your demands are high and they should be respected for meeting them.

    Pros

Our store is great. We have good, well trained people, who deliver great service. We also have good relationships with other stores around us. The culture is important at this location.

    Cons

Not much growth past store management. Pay is under comps in the area. Expected work hours are not conducive to raising a family.

    Advice to Management

Don't get so entangled in the numbers. A great store is a great store because of the people. Work hard to keep those people.
