Pros – Very good environment for learning, challenging projects, good salary
Cons – no financial growth after some period of time around 3 to 4 years
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the policy enforcement similar for all the employees.

Advice to Senior Management – delist it from stock exchange

Pros – Good and transparent young management
Cons – Salary on 7th is the only problem.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work

Pros – Less work pressure
You can learn to work in mediocre work environment
Cons – Mediocre work environment. AC will be switched off quite often. Seat Management is a disaster
Yo will get salary only on 7th or after 7th of every month. Sometimes salary will come by 20th of month
Company depending only on few skilled Managers(they do everything from (coding to resource management)
No or Minimal increment
No one take care of employee grievances.
Variable componenet in CTC (around 20%). It will not be paid
No reward or recognition for good work but you will get stick if you on par
Absurd leave policy
Advice to Senior Management – Please reward & recognize employees at lower level also.
Please define proper KRA and follow them strictly
Mimimize the distance between senior Management and bottom level employees
Try to satisfy the basic needs of employees, especiaaly salary on time
Provide good work environment to employees

Cons – OTL is a growing company nd need good leadership
Advice to Senior Management – keep up the hardwork

Pros – > Good compensation structure
> Great Bonus plans
> Enough opportunities to grow internally
> Get recognition for what you do
> If you are good then you can get a leadership or promotion out of turn.
> Young team so no BS !
Cons – > Managers have a winning culture here. Can be demanding at times.
> Sometimes support functions can be slow to respond.
Advice to Senior Management – Get some more senior managers in everywhere... you guys have some great clients and loyal ones too... and ya continue to do what you do in terms of the bonus plans... it makes a lot of people happy across levels.

Pros – Great Place for Biginners. you will get to learn lot of things in very less time :).
Cons – Growth stops after certain level.
