ProsGood boss, good environment, better staff, good breathing space and love the atmosphere. Its a worthwhile place to work at.

Unsettling With Merger

Lower rung of retail.

I worked at OfficeMax full-time for more than a year

ProsPretty good hours for management. Fair pay for management based on previous experience. Quarterly bonuses are not that hard to obtain.

ConsHard to motivate or hire good sales associates due to minimum wage. Huge focus on tech and business services that average customer has no interest in.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop wasting money on offering services that are not wanted or needed. Advertise better! Pay a decent wage.
