    Pros

Lots of interesting work, and there's always something new to learn. Keeps you challenged.

    Cons

Very poor corporate culture. Get an obvious sense that the company doesn't care too much about the employees, only the shareholders and making profit.

    Advice to Management

In my opinion, employees are what make up the heart of the system. If it's not fed well, it will start to deteriorate, just like our bodies.

    Pros

Great people, great location. It is super cool to work here as the ceo and other things are totally awesome. You should work here too

    Cons

I'm not sure that I can think of any cons. They pay regularly. Oh wait, that is a pro. Well, for a con, I would say that the building is on a hill.

    Advice to Management

Keep on trucking. Keep on trucking. Don't fix what isn't broken. Get more customers to bring in more money that you can give to your awesome staff.

    Pros

Good internship experience. Opportunities to get involved with others. Decent building facilities

    Cons

I wasn't there long enough to really experience any major cons. My experience as an intern was sufficient.

    Advice to Management

Keep the internship program opportunities for growth and development. This provided meaningful experience for me.

    Pros

    Good working environment
    Meal Allowance and Shuttle Service
    Unforgettable Experiences
    Lifelong Learning
I used to develop my potentials and technical skills

    Cons

Old employees intimidate those new employees especially the interns and contractors.
I experienced while i'm in the shuttle some of the employees reserved not only the reserved seats for the PWD, bus marshals and pregnant woman but also the middle seats away from the first come employees who used to be an intern or contractor.

    Advice to Management

Observe the attitude of the old employees when it comes to dealing with their co-employees. Conduct training and seminars about interpersonal dealings.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

There were not many pro's to working at ON. I worked their for two years and was very disappointed with the work environment and my manager.

    Cons

Very strange work environment. Most groups keep to themselves and don't talk outside their bubble. Most people don't seem happy in their current position and are always concerned about being laid off. There is a lot of turnover and people are constantly coming and going.

    Advice to Management

Management always seems to be reactive instead of proactive. If the company has one bad quarter people shouldn't be looking over their shoulder wondering if they are getting laid off.
