    not the first choise if you have a rather high competitive career goal. very very busy working arrangement.................................

    lots of employees here are students as my age we can share experiences with each other and improve our communication skills

    I worked at New Oriental as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    not bad salary
    some time you have enough free time (except summer and winter holiday)
    not complex relationship with your colleagues and leader

    Cons

    too busy in weekend and holiday. It is not a good experience of missing some family activity especially when they are free to planning a party or go for travelling.
    You must be super independent, keep your style in teaching and could not follow others.

    Focus more on training for new teachers.
