    Pros

    Friendly culture. Lots of employee education programs. Many years of large scale enterprise software development experience. Standarize development practise and protocals. Good industry reputation

    Cons

    Lack of global Recogonition. conservertive strategy. Slow decision making. Budget control. Typical issues for all big enterprise.

    friendly environment, great position in the indutry, good platform, can learn a lot if you are a self-starter

    fierce competition from the market, high pressure, not enough support if it is a marketing role and have to learn everything by yourself

    People in there is helpful, easygoing. Before working in a project, there are lots of training to make sure you can handle the job very well.

    work over time and no pay for the over time working.

    Paid less compare to other similar companies, doesn't have much to learn in the company. Majorly doing small things with less future use

    Pros

    Upper management has the will to make positive change, so things are generally moving in the right direction.

    Cons

    Still very ineffective corporate culture (ie. throwing lots of hours at problems instead of analysing them), lots of bureaucracy/procedures that can get in the way of getting the job done. Unpaid overtime expected.
