    Pros

Great working environment. Lots of brands and possibility to move onto new assignments

    Cons

Opportunities to better define roles and responsibilities. Lots of internal politics "feeding the internal beast"

    Advice to Management

Too many layers for decision making process are getting in the way of efficiencies and are preventing speed to market and innovations. It's time to take more risks!

    Pros

generally good work/life balance, nice culture, generally decent pay and benefits, global company with large brands

    Cons

mediocre/poor people stay and end up getting promoted; extremely slow in making decisions; lack of innovation (tends to launch me-too products), lack of support for brands, many people in senior positions do not deserve the salaries they are making

    Advice to Management

promote people based on their work and skill set, not who they know; invest more in marketing

    Pros

Having employing pricing on every Nestle product. You have to go to one of their Nestle stores to buy stuff. All the operators there are very friendly and helpful. You will have a great time working with them!

    Cons

Pay is really low, and you are on salary. So it means they can make you work tons of overtime without paying you. The management team there is very disorganized. You are always pressured to perform.

    Pros

Great international experience spanning many different cultures. Hands on experience working as part of cross functional project teams. Challenging and rewarding work - great professional satisfaction with many trusted colleagues and friends.

    Cons

The organisation is large and often internally complex with multiple stakeholders. So achieving alignment sometimes comes as the sacrifice of speed. However the pros outweigh the cons by far.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps collapse some of the internal overlapping structures of globally managed business, geography and product to ensure speed and quick alignment. Overall however it was a pleasure to work for such a giant in the FMCG industry.
