    Pros

Great environment. Empowering with a focus on building up individuals and teams. Senior leadership is excellent and models strong, ethical and conscientious behaviour. They walk the talk and expect all employees to demonstrate those traits. Work life balance is fair and the flexible work arrangements really help. Great brands.

    Cons

Very process driven. Conservative culture. Innovation occurs more slowly and less frequently than some other organizations.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the long term investment in employees. Look for opportunities to simplify heavy processes to get leaner and accelerate projects.

    Pros

Great working environment. Lots of brands and possibility to move onto new assignments

    Cons

Opportunities to better define roles and responsibilities. Lots of internal politics "feeding the internal beast"

    Advice to Management

Too many layers for decision making process are getting in the way of efficiencies and are preventing speed to market and innovations. It's time to take more risks!

    Pros

Good Hours, easy Work, Good Pay. Interview was easy enough, it was a good first job experience in my opinion.

    Cons

-Employees have no motivation, some of them were very rude In my opinion. Sometimes I wouldn't be given a break. There was no compensation or perks or benefits to working at this factory.

    Pros

Good salary structure if you are management
Good experience working in cross functional teams
Experience in Nestle looks good on resume

    Cons

No life - its all work. Crazy work hours. Trying to do a lot with no resources
Management is poor and micro-managers. Does not trust employees to do their job.
Company talks about being patient centric - but far from that - they are focused on volume and large profits.

    Advice to Management

    Walk the talk

    -Good cross functional team experience

    Cons

-Trying to run a health care business like a CPG business
-Management micromanages and does not trust its employees
-no cell phones provided unless in sales -but they expect you to have a personal one and to be used for company business

    Advice to Management

-support and empower your passionate employees , provide them with opportunities to develop and grow.
-Employees need to be stretched but think twice about what you expect employees to do - they have a life and families. Don't expect 80 hour work weeks - don't manage it like a sweat shop
