Current Employee – been working at Munimae

Pros – Loved my job and my department in general. Laid back and generally professional work environment. I would ould recommend for others.

Cons – They probably won't be in business much longer. Senior management (C-Level) are entrepreneurial but have ZERO management capability or communication skills. They waited until the last possible moment to let employees know about status of the company.

Advice to Senior Management – COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STAFF! You had a group of very loyal and hard working employees, many of which would have taken a buy out if offered for the betterment of the company if offered MONTHS before you began slashing 75% of the workforce, and oh, yeah, the rest of the country folded! Thanks for waiting until depression 2.0 to start layoffs!

Pros – Good Pay, nice location to work.

Cons – Not a lot of communication shared within the Company, competency of Exec Management

Advice to Senior Management – It was very frustrating working at this Company. Terrible internal communication. However, there are some great employees that work there.
