    - Genuine and friendly co-workers, but not as competitive of an environment

    - Lots of red tape processes for funding/budget spend

    Advice to Management

    - Great confidence in Satya as a CEO
    - Neutral about local senior management

    Pros

smart people, many very passionate about their work

    Cons

misaligned kpi's between teams makes it challenging to run cross-teaming projects

    Advice to Management

a bit of a revolving door of leadership at times, better aligned kpi's would help with cross teaming initiatives and collaboration vs. battling one another to get your own goals achieved across teams

    Pros

The team is really great. People are helpful and friendly. It's a growing team with new guys joining every week. We are all young and energetic, share lots of interests in common. It's really lots of fun working with them.

    Cons

We are working on a huge code base built with lots of out-of-date techs. Most of the senior guys are in Redmond which makes things worse.

    Advice to Management

It's really a great place for working however it would be even better if we could slow down and focus more on infrastructure. That would be developers' life much more easier.

    Pros

    - Good perks and benefits.

    Cons

    - Managers are not interested in growing skills in their team. There is a lot of politics.

    Advice to Management

Take a little time to read resumes when hiring new people and match them to relevant projects. This would avoid a lot of frustration and would benefit both the company and the employee in the long term.
