Pros – Benefits. The people you work with (brilliant minds). The environment. Given the ability to grow, go above and beyond your work expectations to do even more.
Cons – Contract companies add a layer of difficulty for the employee when it comes to salary and process.

Pros – Driven company with very few wage slaves. Most people want to work there
Cons – stack ranking process is awful. The people who spend the most time fighting for visibility do the best, not the people who are best at their jobs

Pros – Flex schedule and ability to work remote. Management understood employees had to balance family and work priorities. This varies by group.
Good medical benefits: was 100% employer paid but that has changed now.
Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Cons – Forced stack ranking of employees penalizes managers with high productive teams and creates environment where their is internal competition within the same team.
Advice to Senior Management – Eliminate the stack ranking of your employees. Employee focus should be on how to gain competitive edge on Microsoft's competitors and not within the organization.

Pros – You are encouraged to innovate, and be honest with the products and management. All the Ideas I've come up with have been moved around the company which certain feels good to know that they have good eco system for sharing innovation.
Cons – You have to sort through the politics of people approving your ideas and concepts for too long sometimes.

Pros – Ease to work from anywhere, great career potential, big name to have on your CV
Cons – Too much difference between an a dash and a full time employee which is terrible. Some of the adash employees have crucial roles hence should be treated valuable
Advice to Senior Management – reduce the discrimination between full time employees and vendors, help vendors grow too as some vendors have been in the company for a long time and have crucial roles
