    Pros

Everything. Great Management, work environment, training and mentorship.

    Cons

Does not hire full time by experience and skills for positions unless you hold a BA. Hard to get hired on full time.

    Advice to Management

Hire by knowledge, experience and skill and prompt for education to achieve BA. Education and degree does not guarantee work ethic, commitment or ability to apply degree to real time work and job place.

    Pros

Lovely campus. Great teams. Great pay. You feel like a part of the company. There are several auxiliary groups that meet during lunch breaks in order to create a strong community between minority groups or others that are interested.

    Cons

Management known to hold back employees. Significant promotion difficult. Once you are in one position or one department, you have to wait until someone moves up or transfer departments or even location in order to make real strides in your personal career.

    Advice to Management

Establish clear communication with your employees about how the promotion process will be and what your goals are for such.

    Pros

Interesting Field to work directly hand in hand with doctors, nurses and staff. Opportunity to be part of the healing process and change patients lives

    Cons

Too many moving parts without inclusion. Most of the time the Sales force would learn of the companies goals or changes in direction through outside sources. Nasdaq newsletters for example.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time with employees on corporate goals and opportunities
